By booking a private session or participating in Cher Enya's events, Facebook group or purchasing one of Cher’s products such as a Numerology Reading, you acknowledge that you have read, comprehended and fully agreed with the following disclaimer:
A private session, numerology reading, event or other product with Cher Enya is NOT a replacement for or substitute to face-to-face, in person, qualified medical, psychological, psychiatric or legal advice, diagnosis or treatment. Cher is not a medical doctor nor a licensed psychotherapist. Cher does not diagnose, cure, heal, or treat disease or psychological conditions or otherwise prescribe any kind of medication whatsoever. If you think you are suffering from a medical or psychological disorder or condition, please consult your doctor or other appropriately qualified professional person or service immediately. You are invited to consult your doctor and/or therapist about private sessions, purchases or events with Cher Enya in order to make an educated and informed decision as to whether or not they are right for you.

Sessions with Cher may be considered “spiritual” in nature rather than therapeutic or prescriptive. A private session, course or any other event is intended and designed to be informational and educational for you, and provide information, support and encouragement based on information that you choose to share with Cher. You are fully and solely responsible for all information that you provide to Cher, for your interpretation of Cher’s words and actions, and for all actions resulting from or relating to your encounter with Cher.
Cher does not guarantee or warrant any particular outcome or result from your session, reading, course or event, or any other kind of encounter with cher, and makes no claims as to their effectiveness. Using Cher’s services is entirely at your own risk without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including without limitation any warranty for information given, advice, or opinion. Terms and Conditions of Sale
These terms and conditions set out the terms and conditions between you, the customer, and Cher Enya (“us”, “we”), governing the use of our website, our 1:1 sessions, events and our downloadable digital products including the content therein (the “products”). Your use of our website, and purchase, download and use of our products, constitutes your full acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you should not use our website or purchase, download or use any of our products.
Please read the terms and conditions outlined below carefully before purchasing a digital product from Cher Enya. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, do not purchase the product. By purchasing products from Cher Enya, you agree to the conditions below.
- Client Acknowledgement: The client acknowledges that they have read the website, conducted any additional research necessary to understand what is being provided in the product being purchased, as well as what is not included. Cher Enya products are not to be considered a substitute for personalised business, medical, or legal advice. They are not designed to treat any mental, emotional, or other medical conditions. If the client believes they may need personalised attention, whether for business, health, or otherwise, they should seek additional assistance outside of Cher Enya.
- Role and Limitations: Cher Enya is a numerologist providing spiritual readings, advice, and guidance based on numerology. These readings and sessions are not meant to replace medical advice, psychological treatment, legal counsel, or any other professional service. The information provided should not be considered legal, therapeutic, directional, final or prescriptive.
- Licence and Use: The purchase of a digital product from Cher Enya grants the client a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable licence to download and access the product for personal use and reference. The client agrees to not use the product in any way detrimental to Cher Enya or that may damage her reputation. The client understands that they are not to share, copy, or distribute any documents or other proprietary information obtained through Cher Enya without her express written consent. Should the client breach this provision and disclose confidential or proprietary information belonging to Cher Enya, they understand additional action may be taken, up to and including legal action.
- No Refunds or Returns: Due to the nature of the personalised online numerology readings, refunds or returns cannot be offered once an order has been processed and/or a reading or session has been delivered. If the client is not satisfied with their reading or believes there is an error, they should contact Cher Enya within 3 days of receiving the report. Cher Enya's team will review the concerns and work with the client to address any issues. It is the client's responsibility to provide accurate and complete information at the time of purchase. Cher Enya is not responsible for errors or inaccuracies in the reading due to incorrect or incomplete information provided during the ordering process. If the client needs to cancel their order, they must contact Cher Enya within 4 hours of placing the order. Cancellation requests made after this period may not be honoured, as the reading may have already been processed.
- Technology: Cher Enya is not responsible for any specific technology the client may need to adequately view and utilise a product. The client's inability to access a digital product due to a technology issue on their end does not qualify them for a refund.
- Warranties and Liability: Cher Enya makes every effort to ensure that her products are accurate and fit for use. However, she takes no responsibility for the suitability of the product and provides no warranties regarding its function or use. The client agrees to indemnify Cher Enya against all liabilities, claims, demands, expenses, actions, costs, damages, or loss arising out of their breach of these terms and conditions. Furthermore, Cher Enya shall not be liable for consequential, indirect, special or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, business, or anticipated benefits, whether arising under tort, contract, negligence, or otherwise.
- Spiritual Nature: The numerology readings and sessions offered by Cher Enya are spiritual in nature and should be treated as guidance and suggestions only. They are not intended to provide definitive answers or solutions to your specific issues or concerns.
- Personal Responsibility: You, as the client, are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and the consequences thereof. Cher Enya is not liable for any wrong decisions, bad judgements, or problems that may arise in your life after using her products or services. The guidance provided during readings and sessions should be used at your discretion and should not be the sole basis for making important life decisions.
- Confidentiality: Cher Enya respects your privacy and will treat any information shared during readings and sessions with confidentiality. However, she may be legally obligated to disclose certain information in cases where there is a concern for your safety or the safety of others.
- General: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and Cher Enya for the supply of downloadable digital products, 1:1 services and/or any other product you purchase from Cher Enya and shall supersede any prior agreements. The relationship with the client shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts over any claim, dispute, or matter arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions.
