Rapid Resolution Therapy® is an innovative therapeutic approach by Dr Jon Connelly, that aims to resolve unhelpful feelings or stuckness, efficiently and painlessly. RRT® works by engaging both the conscious and subconscious mind, allowing for rapid transformation in thought patterns and emotional responses. It is especially effective in addressing deep-seated fears, self-doubt, and other barriers related to personal and professional success. Learn more about RRT® here
This package includes two 90-minute sessions. Most clients find this sufficient to address one or two issues or stuckness. However, the number of sessions can vary depending on your specific needs and goals. Additional sessions can be scheduled if required
During each session, you'll have conversation with Cher who will guide you through specific processes aimed at resolving the issues at hand. Some parts of the session may require you to have your eyes closed, but most of the session will be conversational with eyes open - Cher will also be the one doing most of the talking!
Each sessions will be 60 - 120 minutes long
No special preparation is required!
We usually schedule your 2nd session a week after your first
Many clients report feeling a shift immediately after their first session. However, the speed of results can vary depending on the individual and the complexity of the issue being addressed. Our approach is designed to produce quick and lasting changes
For our 1:1 sessions, we will use Zoom.
Yes, this program is for current or aspiring business owners, coaches, healers, therapists and other service providers. However, Cher also works with non-business owners, you can find the personal discovery form here
Not at all, many of Cher's clients are international and live in locations such as USA, New Zealand, Australia, Europe as well as in the UK. We will work together to arrange a mutually suitable time for our calls.
There will be flexibility to work around both of our schedules for each call
That's no problem, life happens. If you need to reschedule, simply drop Cher a message as soon as possible. If Cher needs to reschedule, she will drop you a message - we like to make things easy round here.
Yes, Cher provides follow-up support between session one and two, as well as after the sessions to ensure the shift has taken place
Yes! You do not need to know the root cause of how or why you have been experiencing these unhelpful feelings, and you don't need to have done any previous "inner work"
Cher is registered with the National Board for Certified Clinical Hypnotherapists. Cher has also undergone 300+ hours of RRT® training by Dr Jon Connelly himself, and is continuously in a mentorship capacity with RRT® and Dr Jon Connelly, to allow her to consistently improve her techniques. Cher has also been in business for over 3 years, so she is equally qualified to discuss business matters such as making more sales in your business and all the additional mindset work that goes alongside. The mindset work Cher does is innovative in the industry, and is able to create lasting shifts at the deepest level of your being. These shifts effortlessly integrate into your life, meaning you begin to see reality through a completely different lens
